The Constituent Assembly of Emilia-Romagna region of PD convened November 10, 2007, adopted the following decisions:
1. Governing bodies
It instructs the Secretary to appoint the Executive Office and to establish a regional organization. The next regional meeting of the Constituent Assembly will be convened no later than January 20, 2008, on that occasion, on a proposal of the Secretary will proceed to elect a regional body of political leadership.
2. Treasurer

5. Provincial and territorial coordinators

6. Foundation of the Democratic Party in the municipalities, districts and neighborhoods in the Emilia-Romagna
According to art. 6 of the national system by December 23 shall be convened meetings of all voters in the primaries
of 14 October to found the Democratic Party in the towns, neighborhoods, in the constituency.
From December 1 to 16 will be promoted by an extraordinary mobilization for the foundation of the Democratic Party in Emilia-Romagna.
All participants will receive the certificate of "Founder of the Democratic Party."
The modalities of the founding process in the territory is defined by the Conference of Regional Secretaries in conjunction with the National Secretary.

7. College Guarantee

8. Committees Constitution

:
