3. White wine - 1 / 2 cup
4. Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
5. Chopped parsley - 1 tablespoon
6. Hot peppers - 1 piece

Scrub and rinse the mussels well.

Fry garlic in oil in a frying pan, add the peppers, mussels, wine, cook until the shells of the mussels will be open , sprinkle with parsley and serve
